ID upload

To upload a photo ID and confirm your identity:

1. Take a picture of your photo ID, front and back

   • Make sure all 4 edges are visible, there’s no glare, and it’s clearly in focus

2. Open the Solo app

3. Click your initials in the upper right-hand corner

4. Click Upload photo ID

5. Click the photo ID you want to upload

   • Drivers license

   • Identity card

   • Passport

6. Upload the front of your picture ID

7. Click Next

8. Upload the back of your picture ID

9. Click Submit

Once completed, your profile will show pending verification while our team reviews your information. This may take up to 24 hours and you will receive a notification once completed.
