Reset account PIN

To change your PIN:

1. Open the Solo app.

2. Click your initial in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Scroll down to Settings and click Security and Privacy.

4. Click Change PIN.

5. Enter your old PIN.

   • If you do not know your PIN, click Forgot PIN and then Send Code. A code will be sent to your email address.

6. Enter your new PIN.

7. Confirm your new PIN.
