Activity that goes against Solo’s user agreement
Insufficient funds for a prolonged period of time
Suspicious transactions or activity
The ability to receive funds or cash out funds has been suspended while your account is under review. This review will take 120 days to be completed. Keep an eye on your email for updates.
Due to the sensitive nature of financial information, once your account has been suspended our decision is final and your account will not be reinstated.
