To log in on a new device:

  1. Click Log In.

  2. Enter in the phone number or email associated with your account.

  3. Enter in the verification code sent to the phone number or email associated with your account.

To log in after biometrics have been enabled:

  1. Click the Solo app on your device.

  2. Depending on your device’s specific biometrics you may enter your device’s passcode, use a thumb ID, look directly at your phone’s camera to use Face ID, etc.
