Solo places different limits on transactions for a variety of reasons including:
Completed identity verification
Valid connected banking information
Age of your accounts
Business type
Etc.
Limits are subject to change. In some cases you may be assigned a limit of $0. If you are assigned a limit of $0 we will email you when your limit is ready.
Once determined, all your account limits are done on a rolling, weekly basis.
Example: If you have a limit and send a payment on a Sunday at 9:00 AM, that transaction will no longer count against your weekly rolling limit at 9:01 AM the following Sunday.
If you hit your limit, you will have to wait a week for the transaction to clear or request a limit increase. Check out our article to learn more.
